泸州市65岁及以上老年人体检高血压和糖尿病及血脂异常患病情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析泸州市65岁及以上老年人高血压、糖尿病及血脂异常患病情况,为老年人慢性病管理提供依据。方法利用2016年泸州市全民预防保健对65岁及以上老年人体检数据,分析高血压、糖尿病及血脂异常患病情况。结果泸州市65岁及以上老年人高血压患病率为55.52%,不同年龄组高血压患病率随着年龄的增加有上升的趋势;糖尿病患病率为15.94%,不同年龄组糖尿病患病率随着年龄的增加有上升的趋势,女性糖尿病患病率高于男性,差异有统计学意义;血脂异常患病率为39.72%,女性血脂异常患病率高于男性,差异有统计学意义。结论本次体检结果显示泸州市老年人高血压和糖尿病及血脂异常患病率均较高,因此,泸州市开展全民预防保健工作加强对全人群的健康体检和健康管理,对早发现、早预防和早治疗老年慢性病患者,防止并发症的发生,提高老年人的生活质量具有重要意义。Objective To analyze the status of hypertension,diabetes and dyslipidemia among the over-65-years-old elder in Luzhou and provide the evidence for chronic diseases management. Methods In 2016,the physical examination data of over-65-years-old elderly in Luzhou was used to analyze the status of hypertension,diabetes and dyslipidemia. Results The incidence of hypertension among the over-65-year-old elderly in Luzhou was 55. 52% that was rose with the age increased. The incidence of diabetes was 15. 94% that was rose with the age increased,and female cases were more than male cases（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of dyslipidemia was 39. 72% that female cases were statistical significantly more than male cases. Conclusion The physical examination results showed that the incidence of hypertension,diabetes and dyslipidemia among the elder in Luzhou was at a high level. Therefore,the health prevention and care should be strengthened on health examination and management,which is of great significant by the disease early detection,early prevention and early treatment for elder population,and prevent the occurrence of complications and improve the life quality.
