2007-2013年四川省355例艾滋病儿童患者抗病毒治疗情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解四川省儿童抗病毒治疗现状,为扩大开展儿童抗病毒治疗提供依据。方法用Excel 2013和SPSS19.0软件统计对四川省2007-2013年接受抗病毒治疗儿童(0~15岁)治疗情况进行分析。结果截止2013-12,治疗人数逐年增加,累计治疗儿童355例,其中失访23例,停药22例,死亡18例,转出1例,转入成人治疗1例。治疗患者男女之比为1.34∶1(203/152)。传播途径以母婴传播为主(338例),占95.2%。抗病毒治疗1年后CD4+T淋巴细胞计数均值平均升高(359.54±461.32)个/μl,第1~5年的累计生存率为0.98、0.95、0.83、0.76和0.76。结论四川省感染艾滋病病毒儿童病例逐渐增多,母婴传播仍为主要途径,儿童抗病毒治疗后CD4计数有所提高早发现、早治疗是提高其生存质量和降低病死率的重要措施。Objective To understand the current situation of antiviral treatment in children in Sichuan Province,and to provide evidence for the development of antiviral treatment for children. Methods The treatment situation of children（ 0-15 years old） in Sichuan Province who received antiviral therapy in 2007-2013 was analyzed using Excel 2013 and SPSS 19. 0 software. Results The number of treatment increased year by year. By the end of December 2013,a total of 355 children had been treated. Among them,23 were lost to follow-up; drugs were withdrawn in 22; 18 died; one was referred; and one was transferred to adult treatment. The ratio of male to female in treatment group was 1. 34 ∶1（ 203/152）. The transmission route was mainly mother to child transmission（ n = 338）,accounting for 95. 2%. After one year of antiviral treatment,the mean CD4 ＋ T lymphocyte count increased by（ 359. 54 ± 461. 32） per/μl on average. The cumulative survival rates were 0. 98,0. 95,0. 83,0. 76 and 0. 76 in the five years,respectively. Conclusion In Sichuan Province,the number of HIV infected children is gradually increasing; maternal transmission is still the main route; following antiviral treatment,the CD4 count has increased; early discovery and early treatment are important measures to improve the quality of life and reduce the mortality rate.
