摘 要:某计量间外输管道在2014年发生了5次穿孔,严重影响了正常生产活动,通过宏观分析、化学成分分析、金相分析以及微观形貌及能谱分析等方法研究了某计量间外输管道穿孔的原因。结果表明:管样外壁无腐蚀,以内壁腐蚀为主,管样内表面腐蚀产物主要含有Fe、C、O三种元素,按元素组成分析腐蚀产物为FeCO_3。从腐蚀特征及腐蚀产物形态来看,均为典型的CO_2腐蚀,而且腐蚀均发生在弯头内部外弧侧附近,所以导致管道严重腐蚀穿孔的主要原因是CO_2腐蚀及流体冲刷的联合作用。Five perforating accidents of the transmission pipeline of a certain metering room occurred in 2014, which impacted on normal production activities seriously. In this paper, the reasons of the pipeline perforations are researched by means of macro analysis, chemical composition analysis, metallographic analysis, microstructure analysis and energy dispersive spectrum analysis. The results show that the corrosion occurred on the inner wall of the sample pipe but without on the outer wall; The corrosion products on the inner wall surface mainly contain three elements: Fe, C and O; And according to the analysis of element composition, the products are FeCQ. Viewed from the characteristics and morphology of the corrosion products, the corrosion belongs to the typical carbon dioxide corrosion; And the corrosion occurs at the concave of the inner wall of elbow. So we can draw a conclusion that the major reasons of corrosive perforation of the pipeline are the joint effect of CO2 corrosion and the fluid flush.
