摘　　要：文章研究采用网络调研的方式,从平台功能、组织管理模式、知识交流机制和用户身份认证与访问控制四方面对"百度知道"和"知乎社区"的构建模式进行比较研究,并分析得出我国高校图书馆智库建设的四点启示:注重平台功能的交互性设计、完善图书馆组织管理体系、构建"虚拟社区"知识服务、加强用户数字身份管理。Through the comparison of ＂Baidu Know＂ and ＂Zhihu Community＂ think tank construction mode, this article pro- vides reference for the construction work of university library think tank. The research adopts network survey method to compare the two construction modes from four aspects： platform function, organization management mode, knowledge exchange mechanism, user identity authentication and access control. Through the analysis, we can draw four enlightenment from the construction of think tanks in domestic university libraries： focus on the interactive design of platform functions, improve the library organization and management system, build ＂virtual community＂ knowledge service, and strengthen user digital identity management.
