摘　　要：为改善外贸和引资环境,2017年9月,乌兹别克斯坦开启了汇率市场化改革。此次改革的内容涉及外汇交易的全环节,其目的在于消除汇率双轨制和资本管制对于乌涉外经济发展的负面影响。乌兹别克斯坦汇率市场化改革,有利于形成外汇交易的市场属性和良性循环,体现出乌政府扩大对外开放,积极融入全球经济体系的新动向。由于改革进程仍在进行,成效有待进一步评估。In order to improve foreign trade and investment environment, in September 2017, Uzbekistan launched the market-oriented reform of exchange rates. This reform involves the whole process of foreign exchange transaction, aiming at eliminating negative influences of the dual-track system of exchange rates and capital controls over foreign-related economic development in Uzbekistan. Uzbekistan's market-oriented reform of exchange rates is beneficial to form the market property and benign circulation of foreign exchanges, demonstrating Uzbekistan government's new orientation to expand its opening-up policies and firm determination to actively integrate into the global economic system. Since the reform is still on the road, results need to be further assessed.
