摘 要:3D腹腔镜在视觉上对标准2D腹腔镜进行改进,增加了手术视野的三维立体感和手术操作的纵深感。在初学者和复杂操作的空间定位、以及组织、血管和层次辨识等方面具有优势,并获得临床认可。但3D腹腔镜也具有视角受限,易产生视觉疲劳、价格昂贵的缺陷,使其在胃肠外科的应用仍存争议。作为一种尚未在临床普及的技术,3D腹腔镜仍需要有前瞻性的临床研究来证实其在肿瘤根治术中的远期疗效。Three dimensional laparoscopy improves the vision based on the standard 2D laparoscopy, which increases the three-dimensional sense of the visual field and the deep sense of the operation. It has advantages in the spatial orientation of beginners and complex operations, as well as in tissue, blood vessels and hierarchical identification,which is recognized in clinical practice. However, 3D laparoscopy also has its defects ,such as limited visual angle, easy to produce visual fatigue and high price, so it is still controversial in the application of gastrointestinal surgery. As a technique that has not been popularized in clinical practice, 3D laparoscopy still needs a prospective clinical study to confirm its long-term effect in radical resection.
