摘 要:在科技政策研究中,评价活动不但需要大量的数据和事实支撑,更需要科学合理、准确规范的评价方法。针对评价者在实践中面对日益多样化的理论工具而无所适从的困境,本文在简要回顾科技政策研究评价方法发展轨迹的基础上,将评价方法按照在科技政策研究中常用于否、出现先后的顺序,简单合理地归并为社会学方法、统计学方法、经济分析法及文献计量法四大类方法,并就方法应用进行了总结和讨论。Evaluation activity in science and technology policy research needs accurate and standardized methods as well as support of mass data and facts. In view of the dilemma that evaluators are facing increasingly diversified theories and methods in their practice, this paper simply and reasonably merged them into four categories of sociological methods, statistical methods, economic analysis and bibliometric methods based on the development of the evaluation methods and their application. To get better understanding and appli- cation of these methods, we also gave some comments in this paper.
