摘 要:以新戊二醇、三氯氧磷和1,1,1-三(4-羟基苯基)乙烷(THPE)为原料合成了一种环状磷酸酯阻燃剂1,1,1-三[4-(5,5-二甲基-1,3-二氧杂环己内磷酸酯基)苯基]乙烷(简称DOPC-THPE),采用红外光谱、氢谱、碳谱、磷谱表征了其化学结构。将合成阻燃剂添加到聚丙烯(PP)中,通过极限氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧(UL-94)实验测定了材料的阻燃性能,同时利用热重分析(TGA)表征了阻燃剂和材料的热稳定性。结果表明,DOPC-THPE具有较好的热稳定性和成炭性,700℃残炭量达35.9%,添加量为30%(质量分数,以材料总质量计)时可使PP的LOI值从17.5%提高到25.0%,通过垂直燃烧V-1级。A cyclic phosphate flame retardant named as DOPC-THPE was synthesized with neopentyl glycol, phosphorus oxychloride and 1,1,1-tris (4-hydroxyphenyl) ethane ( THPE ) as raw materials. The chemical structure of DOPC-THPE was identified by means of FI'IR, t HNMR, 13 CNMR and 31PNMR. DOPC- THPE was then applied in polypropylene (PP), and the flame retardancy of the resulting composite material was determined by limiting oxygen index ( LOI ) measurements and vertical (UL-94) tests. Meanwhile, the thermal stability of DOPC-THPE and composite material was characterized by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The results indicated that DOPC-THPE had good charring performance and thermal stability ,with a residual char of 35. 9% at 700 ℃. The composite containing 30% DOPC-THPE could achieve UL-94 V-1 rating with a LOI value of 25. 0% ,higher than that of pure PP( 17. 5% ).
