摘 要:试验旨在研究抗菌肽替代抗生素对断奶仔猪生长性能及血清免疫指标的影响。选用7.5 kg左右的"杜×长×大"三元杂交猪断奶仔猪45头,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复3头猪,其中Ⅰ组为对照组,全期只饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ组在基础日粮中添加160 mg/kg金霉素,Ⅲ~Ⅴ组分别在基础日粮中添加160、320、480 mg/kg抗菌肽,试验期为28 d,分为前期1~14 d,后期15~28 d两个阶段。试验结果显示:全期1~28 d抗菌肽组ADG和ADFI显著优于对照组和抗生素组(P<0.05),抗菌肽Ⅳ、Ⅴ组F/G相比对照组分别降低了5.26%、9.36%(P<0.05),比抗生素组分别降低了1.82%、6.06%(P<0.05)。抗菌肽Ⅴ组腹泻率显著低于对照组和抗生素组(P<0.05)。1~14 d抗菌肽组Ig A、Ig G、Ig M均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),抗菌肽组Ig G显著优于抗生素组(P<0.05)。抗菌肽Ⅳ、Ⅴ组Ig A比抗生素组提升了25.74%(P<0.05)、30.69%(P<0.05),Ig M比抗生素组提升了21.69%(P<0.05)、29.32%(P<0.05),15~28 d各抗菌肽组Ig A、Ig G、Ig M,均显著优于对照组和抗生素组(P<0.05)。结果表明,饲粮中添加抗菌肽可提升断奶仔猪生长性能、降低腹泻率、提高仔猪免疫力,其中添加量为480 mg/kg时效果最好。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of antibacterial peptide instead of antibiotic on growth performance and serum immune indexes of weaned piglets. Selection of about 7.5 kg of "Duroc ~ Landrace x Yorkshire" crossbred pigs 45, a single factor completely randomized set, a total of five groups, with 3 replicates of 3 pigs per replicate, of which group I was the control group only fed with the basal diet, group II added 160 mg/kg chlortetracycline in diets, group IlI-V were added to the diets of 160, 320, 480 mg/kg antibacterial peptide, test period of 28 d, divided into early 1-14 d, late 15-28 d. The test results show that the 1-28 d peptide group ADG, ADFI were sig- nificantly better than the control group and the antibiotic group (P〈0.05), antibacterial peptide IV, V group F/G compared with the control group decreased by 5.26%, 9.36% (P〈0.05), 1.82% lower than the antibiotic group, 6.06% (P〈0.05). The diarrhea rate of antimicrobial peptide group was significant- ly lower than the control group and the antibiotic group (P〈O.05). 1-14 d antibacterial peptide group IgA, IgG, IgM were significantly better than the control group (P〈0.05), antibacterial peptide group IgG were significantly better than the antibiotic group (P〈0.05). Antibacterial peptide group IV, V IgA increased by 25.74% (P〈O.05), 30.69% (P〈O.05) compared with the antibiotic group, IgM in- creased by 21.69% compared with the antibiotic group (P〈O.05), 29.32% (P〈O.05), 15-28 d antimicro- bial peptides IgA, IgG, IgM, were significantly better than the control group and the antibiotic group(P〈0.05). The results showed that adding antimi- crobial peptides in diet could improve the growth performance, reduce the diarrhea rate and im- prove the immunity of piglets, and the best effect was when the dosage was 480 mg/kg.
