摘  要:商用YBCO超导带材的长度最多可达千米量级。在实际应用中通常借助接头来连接多根带材。为了降低接头的产热,必须使得接头电阻要尽可能地小。选用两种焊料,以不同工艺制备了若干YBCO超导接头。测试其电性能,并研究了表面预处理方式、焊接长度、加热温度、施加压力等不同工艺参数对其性能的影响。最后指出优化YBCO超导接头的工艺参数。The length of commercial YBCO superconducting tape can be up to the order of 1000 meters. In practical applications, longer tapes are achieved by soldering two tapes together. The resistance of the joint is expected to be as low as possible to reduce heat generation. Several low - resistance YBCO superconducting joints were manufactured with two kinds of solders under different processing parameters including surface pretreatment, soldering length, heating temperature and applied pressure. The electrical properties of the samples were measured and the impact of soldering processing parameters was studied. In the end an optimized soldering process were figured out.
