摘　　要：从脊髓血管畸形复合手术的护理配合经验中,总结传统手术与介入手术顺利切换的重要环节。(1)术前熟悉整个手术流程,通过畸形团位置和大小,判断术中可能使用的特殊用物;(2)熟知各项化验结果,这是术中用药的重要依据;(3)做好躯体功能的评估,以便与术后做对照;(4)手术室所有仪器合理布局,避免反复移动;(5)患者体位摆放需同时满足手术要求和患者的功能体位;(6)根据患者术中体位给予预防压力性损伤的措施;(7)通过血管鞘和造影管连接加压输液器预防血栓的形成;(8)根据患者的体型及病变部位决定血管鞘的内置和外留长度。This paper aimed to summarize critical elements in smooth switch between conventional surgery and interventiona] surgery through nursing cooperation of complex spinal vascular malformation compound surgery.（1）Before operation,nurses should be familiar with the whole surgical procedure,and anticipate special items which might be used during surgery according to location and size of malformation;（2）Nurses should understand all medical test results which were important basis for intraoperative medication; （3）Nurses should complete assessment of physical function for postoperative comparison;（4）Layout of all medical instruments in operating room should be reasonable,and repeated moving should be avoided. （5）Patient position should satisfy requirements of the surgery as well as functional position simuhaneously;（6）Measures to prevent pressure injuries should be taken according to patient＇s intraoperative position; （7）Thrombogenesis should be prevented via connection of vessel sheath and catheter to the pressure infusion appa- ratus;（8）Internal length and external length of the vessel sheath should be determined according to patient＇s body shape and lesion location.
