护理委员会在磁性医院建设中的实践

摘　　要：为了优化护士工作环境,建设磁性医院,2015年构建了护理委员会,其由科室委员会、临床资源委员会、护理核心委员会、护理协调委员会和委员会支持系统五大部分组成,引导临床护士参与护理事务的管理和决策。经过2年的实践,专业护理管理指数量表得分由(170.25±38.98)分增高至(174.13±43.90)分,护理管理模式达到参与共治,临床护士对委员会制度表示认可,认为其提高了自身的责任意识,增加了同事间的支持等,护理委员会的实施对磁性医院建设具有积极作用。In order to improve work environment for nurses and establish magnet hospital, nursing council was created in year of 2015,consisting of unit-based council, clinical resources council, nursing core council, nursing coordinating council and supportive system, to lead nurses to participate in nursing management and decision-making. After two years＇ implementation, profession nursing management index was increased from 174.13±43.90 to 170.25±38.98, and nursing management mode was transformed into shared governance, clinical nurses admitted nursing council system, and they believed it improved their awareness of responsibility and interpersonal support. hnplementation of nursing council have positive effects on establishment of magnet hospital.
