普鲁卡因加654-2宫颈封闭治疗宫颈水肿对产程的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察普鲁卡因加654-2宫颈封闭治疗宫颈水肿对产程的影响。方法:选取产程活跃期中发生宫颈水肿患者216例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各108例。对照组采取抬高产妇臀部,减轻胎头对宫颈压力及对症处理;治疗组给予普鲁卡因加654-2宫颈水肿多部位注射。结果:治疗组有效率、成功率和剖宫产率均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(X^2=3.149、5.125、4.857,P<0.05)。两组产后出血及新生儿死亡率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:普鲁卡因加654-2宫颈封闭能消除水肿,降低剖宫产率,且对母婴无不良影响。Objective; To observe the effect of procaine combined with 654-2 cervical sealing therapy on cervical edema in labor process.Method： A total of 216 cases with cervical edema during the active stage of laber were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 108 cases in each group.Tbe control group took up the maternal fetal head on the buttocks, relieved cervical pressure and symptomatic treatment; the treatment group was treated with procaine and 654~2 ~ervieal edema at the site of injection.Result; The efficiency rate, the rate of success and the rate of cesarean section in the treatment group were all better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（x2=3.149, 5.125, 4.857, P〈0.05）.Compared the postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal mortality, the difference had no statistic signifieant（P〉0.05）,Conclusion： Procaine plus 654-2 cervical closed not only can eliminate edema, eliminate edema, reduce the rate of caesarean section, and have no adverse effects on mother and balay.
