摘 要:针对碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)在激光切割时引起的热损伤等问题,提出一种水射流辅助切割CFRP的方法。对比分析了CFRP激光直接切割和水射流辅助激光切割的效果,讨论了射流速度对加工效果的影响。结果表明,该加工方法可以大大减小切缝宽度和热影响区大小,显著改善加工效果。在一定范围内,随着水射流流速增加,上表面切缝宽度先增大后减小,激光能量损失越来越多,材料下表面切缝宽度越来越小,水射流辅助激光切割的热影响区尺寸更小,且切割内壁形貌较直接切割更好。The thermal damages caused by laser cutting process of carbon fiber reinforced plastic( CFRP) are discussed,a method of water jet laser assisted laser cutting carbon fiber reinforced plastic( CFRP) is proposed. The effects of CFRP laser direct cutting and water jet assisted laser cutting carbon fiber reinforced plastic( CFRP) are compared and analyzed,and the effect of water jet flow rate is discussed. The results show that water jet assisted laser cutting carbon fiber reinforced plastic( CFRP) can greatly reduce the width of the kerf and the size of the heat affected zone( HAZ),and improve the cutting quality. Within certain limits,the higher the water jet flow rate is,the kerf width of the upper surface increases and then decreases,the more laser energy loss is,and the smaller the kerf width of the lower surface is. The HAZ and the morphology of the inner cutting wall can be improved by water jet assisted laser cutting.
