摘  要:当前的光学检测非接触电子测量装置,无法有效抑制光散斑的干扰,测量结果存在较高的偏差。针对该种现象,设计并实现基于激光传感器的电子测量装置,其采用激光三角法实现测量,给出了具体的测量过程,设计了基于EPM7064SLC44型CPLD的可自动调节曝光时间的CCD驱动电路。给出了基于反馈模式自主调控CCD曝光时间的原理图,确保CCD输出信号保持在一定的电压区间,提高CCD测量结果的准确度。分析了可自动调节曝光时间电路和控制流程,采用可靠性排序滤波算法解决激光光斑存在的毛刺、多峰问题,提升装置的测量精度。实验结果说明,所设计测量装置重复性为0.5225μm,装置的光源稳定性误差和工艺误差都较低,具有较高的测量精度。At present,the non-contact optical measurement device can not effectively suppress the interference of light speckle. In view of this phenomenon,the design and implementation of electronic measuring device based on laser sensor,which uses laser triangulation measurement,the measurement process was introduced,the CCD exposure time automatic adjusted drive circuit based on EPM7064 SLC44 type CPLD was designed. The schematic diagram of the CCD exposure time based on the feedback mode is presented,which ensures that the CCD output signal is kept in a certain voltage range and improves the accuracy of the CCD measurement results. The automatic exposure control circuit and control flow are analyzed,and the algorithm of reliability ranking filter is used to solve the problem of burr and multi-peak in laser spot. The experimental results show that the repeatability of the designed measuring device is 0. 5225 μm,the error of the light source stability and the process error are low,and the measurement precision is high.
