摘  要:提出一种基于节点动态频率响应特性分析与预测的大区电网间最大容量传输能力的计算方法,采用四点样条插值拟合法和三次多项式插值拟合法,对断面传输功率及有功功率扰动变化条件下的节点动态频率响应特性系数进行仿真计算及曲面拟合,并用实测值对曲面进行修正,通过拟合曲面与有功功率扰动最大值对大区电网间的最大容量传输能力进行评估.通过对某大区电网进行计算分析,得到有功有效扰动最大值为8 699.4 MW,最大传输容量为36 570 MW,拟合值和仿真值的误差在2%以内,结果验证了方法的可行性.A method for evaluating the maximum capacity of transmission capacity between grid region in view of the nodal dynamic frequency response characteristics is put forward.Simulation and surface fitting are proceeded as four-point spline fitting and cubic polynomial interpolation fitting are adopted with the interface power transmission capacity and active disturbance changing.Measured values are adopted to amend the curved surface and the maximum capacity of the transmission capacity between the grid region is assessed by surface fitting and maximum active power disturbance.The maximum active power disturbance is obtained to be 8 699.4 MW and the maximum capacity of the transmission capacity is obtained to be 36 570 MW;while the error between fitting value and simulation value is contained to be within 2% by computational analysis of certain large power grid,so as to validate the feasibility of the method.
