互联网+供应链金融:中小企业融资新思路

摘　　要：本文在简要回顾国内外关于供应链金融理论和发展模式的基础上,认为互联网与供应链金融相结合是解决中小企业融资难等问题的有效途径。在"互联网+"发展战略推动下,中小企业与云计算、大数据等技术的深度融合,能够挖掘出可视化、社会化的信用信息,推动信用价值的构建。"互联网+供应链金融"模式通过构建一个跨平台、跨地区、跨资金来源和跨行业的生态系统,实现"四流合一"线上化和交易信息的共享共治,有利于降低信息不对称风险,提高中小企业融资效率。最后,本文建议从完善金融系统建设、优化中小企业融资环境、推动区块链与供应链金融结合以及增强中小企业可持续健康发展能力等方面,助推"互联网+供应链金融"融资模式发展。Based on a brief review of supply chain finance theory and development model at home and abroad, this paper argues that the combination of Internet and supply chain finance is an effective way to alleviate the financing difficulties of small and medium enterprises （SMEs）. In the ＂Internet ＋＂ development strategy, the in-depth integration of SMEs, cloud computing, big data and other technologies can tap out the visual and social credit information and promote the construction of credit value. Through the construction of a cross-platform, cross-regional, cross-funding sources and cross-sectoral ecosystems, the development mode of ＂Internet ＋ supply chain finance＂ has achieved the on-line integration of logistics, capital flow, business flow and information flow and the sharing of transaction information, which is helpful to reduce the risk of information asymmetry and improve the financing efficiency of small- and medium-sized enterprises. Finally, this paper proposes to boost the financing mode of ＂Internet ＋ Supply Chain Finance＂ from the aspects of perfecting the construction of financial system, optimizing the financing environment of small- and medium-sized enterprises, promoting the integration of block chain and supply chain finance and enhancing the sustainable and healthy development of SMEs.
