1286例2型糖尿病患者中医药治疗意愿的横断面调查

摘　　要：目的了解2型糖尿病患者的中医药治疗意愿与需求,为中医药治疗2型糖尿病的临床实践提供参考。方法采用连续抽样方法进行横断面调查,搜集2型糖尿病患者的个人基本信息、应用中医药治疗情况及意愿。应用Epidata 3.1和SPSS 20.0软件进行资料录入和统计分析,探讨2型糖尿病患者的中医药治疗意愿、主要应用人群。结果收集2型糖尿病住院患者问卷1286份,其中合并视网膜病变者220例。2型糖尿病患者及合并视网膜病变患者的中医药治疗愿意接受率分别为46.7%(600/1286)和52.7%(116/220),患者近3个月中医药应用率分别为21.8%(280/1286)和24.1%(53/220)。患者接受中医药治疗的原因有中医药疗效好、愿意做出尝试,不接受中医药治疗的原因主要是认为中医药治疗本病疗效尚未明确及中医药煎煮服用不便等。结论 2型糖尿病患者对中医药疗法有较高的需求,患者的中医药治疗意愿需求率高于实际应用率。Objective To understand the willingness and demand to treat with Chinese medicine of patients with type 2 diabetes and to provide reference for the clinical practice of Chinese medicine treatment for type 2 diabetes. Methods Continuous sampling method for cross-sectional survey was used to collect information of the basic data of patients with type 2 diabetes, as well as the situation of their application of Chinese medicine treatment and the will- ingness to get Chinese medicine treatment. Epidata 3. 1 and SPSS 20 software were used for data entry and statistical analysis. The willingness of patients with type 2 diabetes to get the treatment of Chinese medicine and the main appli- cation population of Chinese medicine were discussed. Results Information of a total of 1286 inpatients with type 2 diabetes, including 220 cases complicated with retinopathy, was collected. The acceptance rates of Chinese medicine in patients with type 2 diabetes and those with retinopathy were respectively 46. 7% （600/1286） and 52.7% （ 116/ 220 ）, and the application rates of Chinese medicine in the past 3 months were respectively 21.8 % （280/1286） and 24. 1% （53/220）. The reasons for patients accepting Chinese medicine treatment were good curative effect of Chi- nese medicine and willing to make an attempt. The reasons for not accepting Chinese medicine treatment were mainly that the curative effect of Chinese medicine on this disease was not yet clear and Chinese medicine decoction was in- convenient to take, etc. Conclusion Patients with type 2 diabetes show a higher demand for treatment of Chinese medicine. The demand rate of patients for Chinese medicine treatment is higher than the actual application rate.
