摘　　要：奥沙利铂抗癌谱广,但高神经毒性限制了其在临床中的应用。西医治疗奥沙利铂所致神经毒性主要以营养神经为主,效果欠佳,张洪亮主任医师治疗奥沙利铂引起周围神经病变有丰富经验,其以中医络病理论为指导,结合新疆地处西北严寒地区,对奥沙利铂引起周围神经病变的病因病机及诊治有独到见解,采用温阳通络、活血化瘀为基本法则,治疗奥沙利铂引起周围神经病变,效果显著。Oxaliplatin has wide anticancer spectrum,but high neurotoxicity limits its clinical application. Western medicine in the treatment of peripheral neuropathy caused by oxaliplatin has poor effect. Zhang Hongliang chief physician in the treatment of peripheral neuropathy caused by oxaliplatin has a wealth of experience with integrating the guidance by the TCM collateral disease theory with characteristics of cold region in Xinjiang,introducing the insight CIPN etiology,pathogenesis and diagnosis and treatment. It follows the warming yang to remove obstruction,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis as basic rules,which has significant effect.
