益肺通络、活血化瘀类中药配伍治疗肺纤维化的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究益肺通络、活血化瘀类中药配伍治疗肺纤维化的疗效。方法按照入院顺序随机抽取我院自2015年1月—2017年1月收治的肺纤维化患者85例,分为观察组(42例)和对照组(43例)。对照组进行常规西医治疗,观察组进行益肺通络、活血化瘀类中药配伍治疗。比较两组的肺功能以及生活质量。结果与对照组的FVC、FEVI.0、MVV指标以及生活质量比较,观察组的较高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论肺纤维化进行益肺通络、活血化瘀类中药配伍治疗,可有效缓解其病情,提高生活质量,值得借鉴和推广。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of tonifying the lung and dredging collaterals combined with promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis Chinese medicine in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis. Methods 85 patients with pulmonary fibrosis admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 42） and control group（ n =43）. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine. The observation group was treated with tonifying the lung and dredging collaterals combined with promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis Chinese medicine. Comparison of lung function and quality of life in both groups was carried out. Results The FVC,FEVI. 0,MVV and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The tonifying the lung and dredging collaterals combined with promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis Chinese medicine in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis can effectively alleviate the disease and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of reference and popularization.
