摘　　要：介绍王玉林名老中医结合中医基础理论、吸收苗族民间用药经验治疗慢性肾炎。王老认为:慢性肾炎主要责之于肺脾肾三脏功能障碍,复感风、寒、湿邪,兼有内生水湿、痰饮、瘀血所致,其本在脾肾虚弱,其标在外感、内生之邪,因地治宜可加用苗药。王老通过分析病因病机,辨证论治,加用苗药治疗慢性肾炎,取得较好疗效,现对王老临床治疗慢性肾炎的学术思想及用药经验进行介绍。This paper introduced combining TCM theory of famous veteran doctor of TCM Wang Yulin,and drew on the experience of Miao nationality medicine in the treatment of chronic nephritis. Veteran doctor Wang argued chronic nephritis is mainly pulmonary,spleen and renal dysfunction,which lead to experience exogenous pathogenic factors of wind-cold-dampness,and phlegm and retained fluid,blood stasis,water-dampness. It is deficient in spleen and kidney,and it＇s marked in external,endogenous evil. The treatment should be act according to circumstances and add Miao nationality medicine. Veteran doctor Wang in the treatment of chronic nephritis achieved good results by add Miao nationality medicine by analyzing the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment.
