健脾愈疡汤联合葛根芩连汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎47例

摘　　要：目的探讨健脾愈疡汤口服联合葛根芩连汤保留灌肠对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者生活质量及预后复发率的影响。方法选取孟津县中医院UC患者94例,采用随机数表法分为两组,各47例。对照组予以柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以加味健脾愈疡汤口服联合葛根芩连汤保留灌肠治疗。对比两组临床疗效及复发率,采用简明健康状况调查量表(SF-36)评估对比治疗前后两组生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率91.49%(43/47)高于对照组74.47%(35/47),复发率4.26%(2/47)低于对照组23.40%(11/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味健脾愈疡汤口服联合葛根芩连汤保留灌肠治疗UC患者疗效显著,可提高患者生活质量,降低复发率。Objective To investigate the effect of modified Jianpi Yuyang decoction orally combined with Gegen Qinlian decoction retention enema on the quality of life and the recurrence rate of patients with ulcerative colitis（ UC）. Methods 94 patients with UC in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,and each group 47 cases. The control group was treated with sulfasalazine pyridin enteric-coated tablets,and the observation group was treated with modified Jianpi Jieyang decoction orally combined with Gegen Qinlian decoction retention enema on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups,and the quality of life of the two groups was evaluated by the simple health status survey（ SF-36）. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 91. 49%（ 43/47） which was higher than 74. 47%（ 35/47） of the control group,but the recurrence rate in the observation group was 4. 26%（ 2/47） which was lower than 23. 40%（ 11/47） of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. The scores of SF-36 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Modified Jianpi Yuyang decoction orally combined with Gegen Qinlian decoction retention enema has a significant effect on the treatment of UC patients,which can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the recurrence rate.
