摘 要:随着电动汽车充电桩业务的扩展以及逐步增大的售后维护工作量,面对低效的数据记录管理方法,急需一种高效、准确、便捷的电动汽车充电桩信息维护管理系统。面向互联网的电动汽车充电桩信息维护管理系统以充电桩的生命周期为线索,使用智能便捷的方式记录了电动汽车充电桩从生产、出厂调试、远程升级、售后维护等一系列数据信息,并且根据日益积累的售后维护记录大数据进行分析,生成故障部位及故障率统计图,从而为指导电动汽车充电桩的研发提供依据。With the expansion of electric vehicle charging pile business and the increasing after-sale maintenance workload, an efficient, accurate and convenient electric vehicle charging pile information maintenance management system is urgently needed to improve the inefficient data record management method. The information management and maintenance system of electric vehicle charging pile for the Internet takes the life cycle of charging pile as a clue and records a series of data information of electric vehicle charging pile from production, factory commissioning, remote upgrade and after-sale maintenance using a smart and convenient way. Based on the increasingly accumulated big data of after-sales maintenance records, it is possible to generate the statistics of failure parts and failure rates and provide a basis for guiding the research and development of electric vehicle charging piles.
