摘 要:根据电话调度系统的功能扩展要求,在对IP电话语音调度系统的关键协议进行深入研究的基础上,设计了一种基于SIP协议实现IP电话调度功能的实验装置。设计的实验系统涵盖了集群语音调度组呼工作流程、单呼工作流程以及强拉强拆业务的设计,其中重点分析了各个功能模块中服务器与用户端之间的信令交互设计与实现。最后在实验室已有的嵌入式实验装置基础上编程实现了这一集群语音调度实验系统,功能测试和后台数据分析表明系统工作良好,达到了设计目标。As a special means of emergency communications, cluster voice system, in the field of expertise, plays an important role. But the development based on the traditional special cluster equipment technology is difficult due to its high cost. With the rapid development of IP telephony, IP-based cluster voice dispatching system has received extensive attention. Based on the requirement of telephony scheduling system, this paper designs an experimental device based on SIP protocol to realize IP telephony scheduling function on the basis of deep research on the key protocol of IP telephony voice dispatching system. The experimental system consists of the design of the cluster voice dispatching group, the work flow of single call, and the design of the strong pulling and dismantling business, which focuses on the design and implementation of the signaling interaction between the server and the client in each function module. Finally, this paper realizes the cluster voice dispatching experiment system based on the embedded experimental device existed in the laboratory. The functional test and the background data show that the system works well and meets the design goal.
