细化可操作流程 推进医疗废物规范化管理

摘　　要：医疗废物属于危险废物~[1],处理不当会对环境造成污染,引起负面的社会公众效应,甚至威胁公众健康。为依法、高效、规范处置医疗废物,我院建立了职责明确的医疗废物三级管理体系;制定并不断提升院科两级管理制度的效力与可操作性;根据医院实际情况,细化医疗废物分类,制作明晰的分类、收集、转运制度及流程标识指引;每年开展医疗废物应急演练和常态化培训;深入临床科室现场规范指导,保障医疗废物从产生到处置全程无缝隙、规范化管理,取得良好管理成效。Medical wastes are hazardous, and the improper handling can cause irreparable pollution to the environment, make a negative public effect and threaten public health. To dispose medical wastes by law and in an effective and standardized way, our hospital has established well-defined three-level management system for waste disposal, formulated and improved the effectiveness and feasibiity of hospital-level and department-level management systems. According to the practical situation of the hospital, medical waste sorting has been refined, and the identification guide for sorting, collecting and transporting system and process been clearly made. Emergency drill and regular training for medical waste disposal are held every year. The in-depth on-the-spot clinical guidance gurantees the seamless and standardized management from medical waste production to disposal,and good management results have been achieved.
