摘 要:目的了解广州市某三甲综合性医院医生的薪酬满意度现状,验证汉化的薪酬满意度量表(PSQ)的适用性,探索影响医生薪酬满意度的因素,并为改进医院的薪酬管理提供参考。方法引用Herneman和Schwab开发的18条目、四维度的薪酬满意度评估量表,对该院所有在职医生进行调查,数据结果采用SPSS20.0进行描述性及探索性分析。结果该院医生的总体薪酬满意度得分较低,为2.40±0.56,且各维度间的得分极其接近,导致各分组间的得分差异大多无统计学意义。结论该汉化版量表适用性良好,薪酬满意度包含四个影响因素,其中薪酬涨幅对总体薪酬满意度的影响最为显著,管理者应以多维角度看待薪酬满意度问题。Objective: To learn about the present situation of doctor' s satisfaction degree with payment in a Hospital of Class A,Grade Three of Guangzhou City ,verify the applicability of PSQ in Chinese version,explore the influencing factors on doctors' satisfaction degree with payment, and provide the reference for the improvement in payment management of hospital. Method:The authors make a descriptive and exploratory analysis and survey on all in-service doctors with SPSS20.0, and PSQ developed by Herneman and Schwab ( 1985 ) ,which consists of 18 questions in four dimensions. Result:The score of all doctors' satisfaction de- gree with salary is rather low ( 2.40 ± 0.56 ). And the scores between dimensions are close, so the scores of different groups possess no statistical significance. Conelusion :The applicability of the PSQ in Chinese version is good, in which there are 4 influencing fac- tors of salary satisfaction degree. The most obvious influence on the overall salary satisfaction degree is salary increase so the admin- istrators should take a multidimensional perspective on salary satisfaction degree.
