摘  要:目的旨在变革传统的以经验为主的评价模式,建立一套基于病种管理的,具有客观性、可比性、可操作性的临床医师工作绩效评价指标体系。方法采用专家咨询、文献查阅等方法筛选评价指标,运用层次分析法确定指标权重。结果建立了包含3个维度(医疗效率、医疗质量与安全、病种难度与广度)、11个二级指标的医师临床绩效评价体系。结论以病种管理为基础的评价体系可量化比较临床绩效,具有一定创新性。Objective:To change the traditional evaluation model based on experience, and establish a set of work perform- ance evaluation index system of clinical physicians with objectivity, comparability, and operability. Method.The authors, with expert consultation and literature review, determine the index weight by means of selecting evaluation index and analytic hierarchy process. Result : A system of doctor' s clinical performance evaluation of three dimension ( medical efficiency, medical quality and safety, and difficulty and breadth of disease ), and 11 index of the secondary indicators are formed. Conclusion: The evaluation system based on management by disease can do the quantitative comparison of clinical performance, which is of some innovation.
