基于JCI标准的医用高值耗材精细化管理实践

摘　　要：JCI标准认证是目前国际公认的医院质量管理金标准之一。浙江大学医学院附属第四医院通过对JCI标准(第六版)相关章节的解读,对高值耗材的管理流程进行了梳理、规范,并通过信息化的手段进行实施。本文介绍了该院的高值耗材精细化管理实践,为医用高值耗材的科学化、规范化管理提供参考。JCI standard certification is currently one of the gold standards recognized internationally for hospital quality man- agement. The Fourth Affiliated Hospital to Medical College of Zhejiang University interpreted the related sections of JCI Standard （the sixth edition）, combed and standardized the management flow of high-value consumables, and carried out the implementation by means of information technology. The refined management practice of high-value consumables is introduced in this paper to provide the reference for the scientific and standardized management of medical consumables of high value.
