摘　　要：广西北部湾沿海地区非物质文化遗产丰富多样,而保护这些"非遗"的关键是对传承人的保护。随着社会化进程的加快,传承人老龄化、后继乏人等导致"非遗"面临巨大传承危机,从浦北"跳岭头"代表性传承人的生存与保护面临的困境以及原因发现,加大宣传力度和资金投入,搭建文化平台,加强创新,培养专业人才,提高知名度,打造地方品牌不失为保护非遗传承人的重要途径。There are a great variety of intangible cultural heritages in Guangxi Beibu Gulf areas. The key to the preservation of these heritages is the protection of inheritors. With the acceleration of social development, inheritors of intangible cultural heritage are facing great difficulties of aging and having no successors. A case study is conducted on the succession and protection of inher- itors of Pubei Lingtou Dance, proposing countermeasures of protecting inheritors like strengthening publicity and investment, set- ting up cultural platform, enhancing innovation, strengthening talents cultivation, establishing famous brands, etc.
