电商打假第三方监管平台的构建与实现策略研究

摘  要:售假问题是我国电子商务发展的一大痛处,饱受消费者和正品厂商的诟病。由于这种售假活动主要通过主流电商平台,有关部门和个人在打假的过程中遇到了成本高、时效欠佳、耗时长、职责不明、专业性不强等尴尬问题。基于这些尴尬局面,设计了基于大数据背景下第三方打假监督平台的功能架构,消费者、正品厂商、电商平台、行业组织、行政部门和社会媒体之间的不同利益主体应在不同层面上建立打假联动机制,实现共管共治,构建公平、公正电子商务消费环境。Counterfeit sales are a big problem in China's E-commerce development, which have been criticized by both consumers and authentic goods producers. Anti-counterfeits on the mainstream E-commerce platforms is facing great challenges as it's high-cost, not time|y, time-consuming, without clear functions , duties, and professionalism. Therefore, in this study, a third- party anti-counterfeit monitoring platform is proposed to be set up based on big data. To ensure the operation of this platform, four countermeasures are proposed by analyzing the interactive anti-counterfeit mechanism and different interests of consumers, genuine manufacturers, e-commerce platforms, industry organizations, administrative departments and social medias. By doing so, a co-managing, co-administrating, fair and justice e-commerce environment can be achieved.
