The Investigation and Analysis of New Training Injury about the Directly Recruited Sergeant Cadets of Chongqing Aerospace Polytechnic

摘　　要：为了解重庆航天职业技术学院直招士官学员新训期间训练伤的发生规律及影响因素，为科学实施训练和减少新训损伤的发生提供预防对策。对重庆航天职业技术学院直招士官200名学员采取发放问卷调查的方式，对回收的150份问卷进行调查并运用数理统计法对其进行整理分析。调查研究结果表明：在所调查的150名学员中超过一半的学员出现损伤情况，造成学员损伤的科目主要是长距离越野跑和战术训练；损伤部位主要集中在四肢，尤其是下肢膝关节以下部位受伤较频繁；导致学员在训练中出现损伤事故的原因主要是学员体能较弱，技术动作错误，组织方法不当，场地等外部环境因素，学员缺乏训练损伤意识，注意力不集中，出现意外损伤。To understand happening rules and influence factors of training injury during new training in Chongqing Aerospace Polytechnic recruiting Sergeant cadets, to offer prevention countermeasures for scientific implementing training and reducing the occurrence of injury in new training, we take questionnaire survey in 200 Chongqing Aerospace Polytechnic recruiting Sergeant cadets, collect and analyze 150 Surveyed questionnaires by using mathematical statistics. Investigation results show that more than half of the 150 participants in the survey of students are injury. Distance cross-country running and tactical training is mainly subject resulting in students injury; the injury mainly concentrated in the limbs, especially the leg below the knee joint injury is frequent, the mainly cause of students injury accidents in training is students＇ physical ability is poor, technical act errors, organization methods improper, venues and other external environmental factors. Students are lack of training injury awareness and concentration, get accidental injury.
