摘　　要：基于怒江州"以电代柴"生态建设项目农户问卷调查和相关统计数据,采用定量和定性相结合的方法,从生态、社会和经济效益3方面系统分析与评价"以电代柴"生态建设项目综合效益,并针对制约项目实施的影响因素提出相对应的建议,以期促进项目有效实施。Based on the farmer questionnaire survey data of ecological construction project of ＂substitute electricity for firewood＂, using combined quantitative and qualitative method, An assessment was conducted on the benefits of the program, In terms of three aspects including ecological, social and economic benefits. Several strategies were proposed for sustainable development of the program for the problems existing in the implementation process of the program.
