争议林地中细碎图斑自动归并的研究

摘　　要：由于林业部门与国土部门数据叠加分析后,会产生的大量的小面积地块需要解决,须探索一种高效的细碎图斑自动归并技术,同时能满足争议林地数据处理的需求。利用Microsoft Visual Studio编程环境,采用Arc Engine组件库开发方式,提出细碎图斑自动归并的算法流程,将细碎图斑并入相邻图斑中,以满足林地变更调查的技术要求。Due to the overlay data analysis between the Forestry Department and the Department of Land Resources, a problem of large number of mini sub compartments need to be solved. The method in this paper can solve this problem, it meets the demand of controversial forestland. Using the ArcEngine component library under Microsoft Visual Studio coding environment, this paper proposed an algorithm to merge mini sub compartments automatically. The mini sub compartments can be merged into adjacent sub compartments according to the requirements of the Definition of Forestland Border.
