天麻钩藤合剂质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的建立本院医院制剂天麻钩藤合剂的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对黄芩、栀子、天麻及忍冬藤进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对天麻钩藤合剂中天麻素、黄芩苷、绿原酸和栀子苷4种成分进行含量测定。结果 TLC能检验出黄芩、栀子、天麻和忍冬藤,且具有特征性的斑点。黄芩苷在0.018 00~0.180 00 mg与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为100.0%,RSD=0.70%。天麻素在0.000 60~0.006 00 mg与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.9%,RSD=1.3%。绿原酸在0.000 36~0.003 60 mg与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为100.4%,RSD=1.8%。栀子苷在0.005 00~0.050 00 mg与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为100.8%,RSD=1.7%。结论所建立的方法准确性高、灵敏度和重复性好,可作为天麻钩藤合剂的质量控制标准。Objective To establish thequality standard for Tianma Gouteng mixture in our hospital. Methods Scuteuariae radix, gardeniae fructus, gastrodiae rhizoma and lonicerae japonicae caulis were identified by thin layer chromatography （TLC）, and the content of gastrodin, baicalin, chlorogenic acid and geniposide of Tianma Gouteng mixture was determined by HPLC. Results Scuteuariae radix, gardeniae fructus, gastrodiae rhizoma and loniceraejaponicae caulis were tested by TLC, with characteristic spots. Baicalin had good linearity at 0.018 00 - 0.180 00 mg, with average recovery of 100.0% （RSD =0.70%）. Gastrodin had good linearity at 0.000 60 - 0.006 00 mg, with average recovery of 99.9% （RSD = 1.3%）. Chlorogenic acid had good linearity at 0.000 36 - 0.003 60 rag, with average recovery of 100.4% （RSD =1.8%）. Geniposide had good linearity at 0.005 00 - 0.050 00 mg, with average recovery of 100.8% （RSD = 1.7%）. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable, and reproducible, and can be used to control the quality ofTianma Gouteng mixture.
