摘  要:针对传统的双色注塑模具尺寸大、结构复杂、对注塑机尺寸要求高等特点,以车门外边挡条为例,基于双色注射成型技术,设计了1种新型闸刀片式双色注塑模具,闸刀片采用镶拼结构,通过控制闸刀片的升降运动,实现了硬质塑料和软质塑料在1个组合型腔中的注塑成型,改变了传统双色注塑模具设计需采用2个型腔的缺点。制品的硬质塑料部分采用侧浇口,制品的软质塑料部分采用潜伏式浇口自动脱料,结果表明,该双色注塑模具结构设计紧凑、闸刀片机构运动有序,有效减小了模具结构外形尺寸,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。According to features of that the traditional double-color injection mold was large in size,complex in structure, strict in the size of injection molding machlne,a new switch blade type double-color injection mold was designed by taking the door crosspiece as object. The switch blade used insert structure, by controlling the switch blade lifting movement, completed the hard plastic and soft plastic injection molding in a combined cavity. It changed the shortcomings of traditional hicolor injection mold design requiring the two cavity. Side gates was used in the gating system of hard plastic , submarine gate was used in the gating system of soft plastic for auto-stripping. The results showed that the structural design was compact,the switch blade mechanism was orderly movement, effectively reduced the mould size, improved the production efficiency and reduced the production costs.
