摘 要:针对车用快插接头壳体在注射成型过程中易发生凹陷现象,结合模具温度、熔体温度、保压压力、保压时间和冷却时间5个注塑工艺参数,设计了正交试验,并采用灰色关联模型分析了各工艺参数对制品质量的影响程度,得出熔体温度对其影响最大,保压压力次之,冷却时间的影响最小。同时,运用极差分析法对快插接头壳体注塑工艺参数进行了优化,得到了优化的参数组合,且在该组合参数条件下,比原始参数组合下的塑件体积收缩率减少了9.75%。最后,通过实际加工验证,在优化后的工艺参数组合下,测得的塑件重量更接近于理论值,提高了塑件的填充率,进而减少了凹陷现象的发生,提高了塑件的尺寸精确度,满足了生产和车用的需求。According to concave surface of quick connector shell for vehicles in injection molding process,the orthogonal experiment was designed by selecting injection molding process parameters including molding temperature, melt temperature, packing pressure, packing time and cooling time. Then, the grey correlation model was employed to analyze the influence of the process parameters on the products quality,and the results showed that the meh temperature had the greatest influence on it, the packing pressure had the second,and the cooling time had the least. Meanwhile,the range analysis was used to optimize the injection molding process parameters. The optimized parameter combination was obtained by the ramge analysis method,the results showed that under the optimized parameters the volume shrinkage ratio reduced by 9.75% compared with the original parameters. Finally, by the actual verification, the weight of the plastic part under the optimized process parameters was closer to the theoretical value, and the filling ratio of the plastic parts was improved. Thus the occurrence of the concave phenomenon was reduced, the dimension precision of the plastic parts was improved, and the requirements of production and vehicle were satisfied.
