阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾联合金莲清热泡腾片治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的效果及对免疫功能影响

摘　　要：目的探讨阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾联合金莲清热泡腾片治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿的效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法选取我科2014年1月至2017年1月收治的急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿200例,随机分为两组。联合组108例予以阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾联合金莲清热泡腾片治疗,对照组92例单纯予以阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、不良反应,以及治疗前后的免疫功能指标。结果联合组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,联合组的CD4+/CD3+、CD4+/CD8+均显著高于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组的CD8+/CD3+显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但与治疗前相比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾联合金莲清热泡腾片治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎可增强患儿免疫功能,缩短病程,总体疗效显著,且不增加药物不良反应,用药安全性高。Objective To explore the effect ofamoxicillin sodium / clavulanate potassium combined with Jinlian Qingre effervescent tablets for the treatment of children with acute suppurative tonsillitis and impact on children＇s immune function. Methods 200 cases of children with acute suppurative tonsillitis admitted to our department from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 108 cases of combined group were treated with amoxicillin sodium / clavulanate potassium combined with Jinlian Qingre effervescent tablets, while 92 cases of control group were treated with amoxicillin sodium / clavulanate potassium only. The clinical curative effect, adverse reaction, and the levels of immune function indicators before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of combined group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. No statistical difference was found between two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions （P 〉0.05）. After treatment, the levels of CD4＋/CD3＋ and CD4＋/CD8＋ of combined group were significantly higher than those before treatment, and those of control group （P 〈0.05）; After treatment, the level of CD8＋/CD3＋ of combined group was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）, while the levels of CD8＋/CD3＋ of combined group before and after treatment had no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Amoxicillin sodium / clavulanate potassium combined with Jinlian Qingre effervescent tablets for the treatment of children with acute suppurative tonsillitis has significant total efficacy and high drug safety, which can enhance children＇s immune function and shorten the duration of disease, without the increase of drug-relative adverse reactions.
