摘 要:目的探讨缬沙坦联合二甲双胍治疗对血糖异常的肥胖型高血压患者体质指数的影响。方法选择符合条件的门诊或住院患者98例,分别给予缬沙坦或氨氯地平口服,两组均合用二甲双胍控制血糖。在1、3、6个月时分别测量体质指数、血压、血糖、尿微量白蛋白及其他生化指标。结果经过治疗后两组血压、血糖、体质指数均逐渐下降,与对照组比较,缬沙坦组在治疗半年后能进一步降低空腹血糖,两组间各阶段体质指数比较差异无统计学意义。在半年时两组体质指数自身比较均有统计学意义。结论缬沙坦具有降低血压、体质指数外还能改善血糖。Objective To investigate the effect ofvalsattan combined with metformn in treating obese hypertension with blood glucose abnomfity and to observe the change of BMI ( Body Mass Index ) . Method 98 in-or-out patients were randomly allocated into two groups, which group 1 was treated with valsartan combined with metformin and group 2 was treated with amlodipine combining metformin. All two groups were investigated with blood pressure, BMI, microalbuminuria, blood glucose, and other biochemical indexes at point of basement, 1st, 3th and 6th month. All data was analyzed with SPSS statistical software. Result The group treated with valsartan combining metformin had greater decrease on fast blood glucose at the point of 6th month ( P=0.006 ) . BMI decreased gradually in all phrases and no statically significance was observed between two groups. BMI changes had a statically significance at 6th month when compared to 3th month in all two groups. Conclusion Valsartan is more efficient in decreasing fast blood glucose at 6th month. Valsartan has a impact on decreasing fast blood glucose which independent of the blood pressure and BMI decreasing.
