跟骨骨折切口采用Allgower—Dona罐合及负压引流疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨使用Augower—Donati缝合结合负压引流在预防跟骨骨折切开复位内固定手术切口并发症的临床疗效。方法2014年8月至2016年5月有完整随访记录的跟骨骨折患者25例，行跟骨骨折切开复位内固定治疗，手术切口采用Allgower—Donati缝合和负压引流。结果所有患者随访15个月至2年，切口愈合时间平均为14．1d，手术切口愈合良好，切口并发症明显减少。结论在跟骨骨折行切开复位内固定治疗中，手术切口采用A11gower—Donati缝合结合负压引流，能保护创缘血运、避免组织缺血坏死、降低并发症发生率，对手术切口的愈合．疗效显著。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Allgower-Donati suture and negative pressure drainage in the preventmn ot complications of open reduction and internal fixation for calcaneal fracture. Method From August 2014 to May 2016, 25 patients with calcaneal fracture were treated with open reduction and internal fixation of calcaneal fracture, the incisions of these patients were treated with Allgower-Donati suture and negative pressure drainage. Result The patients were followed up for 15 months to 2 years. The retrospective study showed that the average healing time of the incision was 14.1 days. The incision healed well and the complications of the incision decreased significantly. Conclusion In the treatment of calcaneal fracture with open reduction and internal fixation, The method of Allgower-Donati suture and negative pressure drainage is used in the operation incision, the clinical curative effect is remarkable, this method can protect blood supply in the skin flap, prevent tissue necrosis, and reduce the incidence of complications.
