微动敏感床垫式睡眠监测的临床应用与护理干预

摘　　要：目的探讨微动敏感床垫式睡眠监测系统（MSMSMS）在诊断阻塞性睡眠呼吸低通气综合征（OSAHS）中的应用及在监测过程中行有效的护理干预对检测结果的影响。方法对72例临床拟诊OSAHS患者进行〉7h床垫式睡眠监测，全程观察监测胸冲击波、腿冲击波、呼吸波、脉搏波、心率、血氧等。结果微动敏感床垫式睡眠监测因各种因素导致监测数据不完整及监测失败共5例，其中电脑数据失真1例，入睡不稳1例，血氧饱和度信号部分丢失1例，电脑数据未保存2例。结论监测前做好充分的准备，监测中加强巡视，远程电脑动态观察监测趋势图，及时保存数据，临床监测中采取积极的预防措施能提高监测结果的准确及完整性，从而为患者的诊断和治疗提供参考。Objective Micro movement sensitive mattress sleep monitoring system （ MSMSMS ） in the diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom （ OSAHS ） and the application in the monitoring process of the bank of China effective nursing intervention＇s influence on the test results. Methods Clinical examination in 72 cases of OSAHS patients for more than 7 hours of mattress sleep monitoring, the entire observation monitoring chest leg of blast, shock, respiratory wave and pulse wave, heart rate, blood oxygen, etc. Results Micro type sensitive mattress sleep monitoring due to various factors lead to the failure monitoring data is incomplete and monitoring in all 5 cases, including 1 case of computer data distortion, 1 case of sleep instability, 1 case of blood oxygen saturation signal part lost, computer data is not saved in 2 cases. Conclusion Well prepared before monitoring, monitoring in strengthen patrol, remote computer monitoring dynamic observation trend diagram, saving the data in time, taking active preventive measures in clinical monitoring can improve the completeness and correctness of the test results, which provide guarantee for the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
