摘　　要：川蔗28号是四川省植物工程研究院于2008年用湛蔗92-126×粤糖89-240有性杂交选育出的果蔗新品种。2013~2015年24点次省区试和示范结果表明:川蔗28号的平均蔗茎产量达到126.63 t/hm^2,比对照品种华南54-11的99.94 t/hm^2增产26.71%,差异达极显著水平;11~12月平均蔗糖分达14.0%,比对照高1.9%(绝对值);总糖含量达15.8%,较对照高1.5%;蔗汁抽出率达74.9%,较对照高0.6%;纤维分8.0%,较对照高0.3%;乙醇产量达10.44 t/hm^2,比对照华南54-11的7.26 t/hm^2增加3.18 t/hm^2,增产率达43.80%。该品种出苗较好,苗壮,分蘖中等,植株高大,茎粗;高抗黑穗病、花叶病,轻感梢腐病,抗倒性强,宿根性好,易脱叶;高产稳产,品质好,口感好。该品种是一个农艺性状、工艺性状和商品性状均优于或与对照品种相当的优良果蔗新品种。适宜种植于土层深厚、疏松肥沃、排灌方便的槽坝地;应早植覆盖地膜,及时间苗定苗,增施有机肥并尽早追肥培土,注意防螟治蚜,适时收获。New Sugarcane Variety Chuanzhe28 was selected from ZZ92-126×YT89-240 by the Sichuan Academy of Botanical Engineering in 2008. It had 126.63 t/hm^2 average yield from 24 regional trials or demonstrations during 2013~2015, an increase of 26.71% than that of HN54-11（which had 99.94 t/hm^2 average yield）, reached the level very significant difference. Its average sucrose during November to December was 14.0% and 1.9% （absolute value, the same below） higher than that of the check variety. The total amount of sucrose was 15.8% and 1.5% higher. The mean extraction ratio of juice was 74.9% and 0.6% higher. The average fiber percentage was 8.0% and 0.3% higher. Ethanol output reached 10.44 t/hm^2, 3.18 t/hm^2 more than that of HN54-11（7.26 t/hm^2）, an increase of 43.8%. It is a new sugarcane variety for fruit use, with many excellent characteristics, such as good germination, strong sprout, medium tilling, high and thick stalk; It hand high resistance to smut and mosaic, lightly susceptible to top rop. Strong lodging resistance, good ratooning, easy to trash, high yielding, good in quality and textures. The agronomic properties, technological and commercial characters of this variety were similar or better than the control variety. It Suitable be planted in fields with deep,loose and fertile soil, good drainage and irrigation facilities. Early planting should be employed with plastic film mulch, adequate fields’ management including seedlings, fertilization and earthing, pest management （such as borers, aphids, etc.）, and timely harvest.
