摘  要:本研究以甘蔗品种粤糖03-393和粤糖94-128为材料,采用盆栽试验方法,将海藻提取物稀释到不同浓度(100倍、300倍、500倍)施用于甘蔗根部,研究不同浓度海藻提取物对甘蔗生长的影响。研究结果表明,综合2个品种平均值来看,不同浓度海藻提取物处理后甘蔗各个月的株高净增长均高于对照,平均高出10%以上。施用海藻提取物可以促进甘蔗生长,显著增加甘蔗叶片及茎部的生物量,海藻提取物有利于提高叶片中叶绿素含量,提高叶片光合速率。本试验为海藻提取物在甘蔗上的综合利用提供了参考依据。A pot experiment was conducted to study the effect of different dilutions (1︰100, 1︰300, 1︰500) of seaweed extract on the growth of two sugarcane varieties (YT03-393, YT94-128). The results showed that, in term of the average value of two varieties, the net increase of plant height was significantly higher (〉10%) than that of the control every month after applying different dilutions of seaweed extract, which could promote the growth of sugarcane, and the biomass of leaf and stem increased significantly. Seaweed extract could help to improve the chlorophyll content in leaves and improve the photosynthetic rate of sugarcane leaves. This experiment provided a theoretical basis for the comprehensive utilization of seaweed extract on sugarcane.
