摘  要:针对H16V190低浓度瓦斯机组现场出现的问题并提升机组现场运行动力性,对低浓度瓦斯气源的适应性和机组可靠性以及机组控制系统、燃气系统、排气系统、润滑系统等进行了优化设计。经过现场验证,优化后机组可以满足10%~40%低浓度瓦斯要求,在现场低浓度瓦斯条件下机组连续运行功率950 k W以上,排气系统可靠性问题得到了解决,实现了优化设计目标。In order to solve the problems found during the site operation of H16VI90 low methane content coal mine gas gen-set and to further improve the power output on site, the adaption to the gas and reliability, some optimization has been done especially for gen-set control system, gas train system, exhaust system and lubrication system. The optimization has been verified by on-site operation. The gen-set can operate stably with 10%-40% methane content coal mine gas and the continued electric output is above 950 kW. The problem of exhaust system has been solved.
