摘　　要：通过工艺、仪表等方面的技术改造,有效防控蒸汽合成炉的生产事故,列举了运行期间的典型事故,提出有效解决办法,优化了运行工况。Effective methods that control the production and safety accidents of steam synthesis furnace by technological transformation of technological and instrumentation were summarized by this paper, which enumerates typical accidents during operation and puts forward effective solutions and optimization of operating conditions.
