舒筋活络祛痛膏治疗风湿性膝关节炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒筋活络祛痛膏治疗风湿性膝关节炎的临床效果。方法:收集80例风湿性膝关节炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,两组患者均给予常规治疗和护理措施,观察组患者在此基础上给予舒筋活络祛痛膏治疗,对照组患者在此基础上给予消肿止痛酊治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组患者疼痛、僵硬、关节功能评分均降低,治疗后观察组评分均少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前中医症候评分组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组中医症候评分均降低,观察组降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率为95.0%,高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05)。结论:舒筋活络祛痛膏治疗风湿性膝关节炎临床效果明显,可以改善患者疼痛以及中医症候,值得临床推荐。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of pain-relieving plasters for relaxing tendons and activating collaterals on rheumatic knee arthritis.Methods：80 cases of rheumatic knee arthritis were collected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.On the basis of routine treatment and nursing measures,the observation group was further treated with pain-relieving plasters for relaxing tendons and activating collaterals while the control group was further treated with swelling dispersing and pain relieving tincture,with the therapeutic effects compared.Results：After treatment,the scores of pain,stiffness and joint function in both groups were decreased,with the scores of the observation group lower than those of the control group（P0.05）.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of Chinese medicine symptoms between the two groups.After treatment,the scores of Chinese medicine symptoms in the two groups were decreased,and the decrease rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P0.05）.The effective rate of the observation group was 95.0 %,which was higher than 80.0 % of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of pain-relieving plasters for relaxing tendons and activating collaterals is significant,which can improve the patients＇ pain and Chinese medicine syndrome,worthy of clinical recommendation.
