摘 要:目的探讨白花九里明的镇痛、抗炎的作用及作用效果。方法取KM小鼠100只随机分为致痛和致炎两个大组,每大组小鼠又随机均分成5组,正常对照组和模型对照组(均给予0.9%Na Cl注射液)、阿司匹林组(给予0.5 mg/ml阿司匹林)、白花九里明低浓度组和高浓度组(分别给予300 mg/ml、600 mg/ml的白花九里明提取液)灌胃,灌胃量按小鼠体质量0.1 ml/10 g计算,每天1次,连续7天。致痛大组的小鼠在末次灌胃30 min后,正常对照组(给予0.9%Na Cl注射液)、其余4组(给予0.6%冰醋酸溶液)腹腔注射,注射量按小鼠体质量0.1 ml/10 g计算,记录15 min内小鼠的扭体次数,并计算扭体抑制率。致炎大组的小鼠在末次灌胃30 min后,正常对照组(给予0.9%Na Cl注射液)、其余4组(给予20μl/只二甲苯溶液)涂小鼠右耳两面,30 min后用9 mm打孔器沿耳廓基线切下左、右耳廓并称重,计算耳廓肿胀度及肿胀抑制率。结果白花九里明低浓度组和高浓度组、模型对照组的扭体次数和耳廓肿胀度均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05,0.01);阿司匹林组的扭体次数和耳廓肿胀度与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义,而明显低于模型对照组(P<0.01);白花九里明低浓度组的扭体次数和耳廓肿胀度与模型对照组比较差异无统计学意义,而明显高于阿司匹林组(P<0.05,0.01);白花九里明高浓度组的扭体次数明显低于模型对照组和白花九里明低浓度组(P<0.01),而明显高于阿司匹林组(P<0.01),白花九里明高浓度组的耳廓肿胀度明显低于模型对照组(P<0.01),而与白花九里明低浓度组和阿司匹林组比较差异无统计学意义。白花九里明高浓度组的扭体抑制率明显低于阿司匹林组(P<0.01),而肿胀抑制率与阿司匹林组比较差异无统计学意义,但扭体抑制率和肿胀抑制率均高于白花九里明低浓度组(P<0.01)。结论高浓度的白花九里明水提液镇痛效果次于阿司匹林,而抗炎效果与�Objective To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect of Blumea megacephala.Methods Took 100 KM mice and divided them randomly into 2 large groups: pain group and inflammatory group; divided the mice in 2 large groups randomly into 5 groups: the normal control group and model control group(0.9% Na Cl injection),aspirin group(0.5 mg/ml aspirin),low-concentration Blumea megacephala and high-concentration Blumea megacephala groups(300 mg/ml and 600 mg/ml extracting solution of Blumea megacephala,respectively); poured the belly for7 d,one time a day,with the dosage calculated according to the body mass of mice: 0.1 ml/10 g; as for the mice in the pain group,after 30 min of the last gavage,applied 0.9% Na Cl injection to the normal control group,and 0.6% glacial acetic acid solution intraperitoneal injection to the other4 groups,with the dosage calculated according to the body mass of mice: 0.1 ml/10 g,recorded their writhing times within 15 min,and calculated the inhibition rate of writhing; as for the mice in the inflammatory group,after 30 min of the last gavage,applied 0.9% Na Cl injection to the normal control group,and 20 μl xylene solution to both sides of each mouse's right ear,then after 30 min,cut their left and right auricle along their baseline with a 9 mm puncher,weighed it,and calculated auricle swelling degree and the inhibition rate of swelling.Results The writhing time and auricle swelling degree of the low-concentration Blumea megacephala group,high-concentration Blumea megacephala group and model control group were obviously higher than that of the normal control group(P<0.05,0.01); the writhing time and auricle swelling degree of the aspirin group had no statistical significance compared with that of the normal control group,but were obviously lower than that of the model control group(P<0.01); the writhing time and auricle swelling degree of the low-concentration Blumea megacephala group had no statistical significance compared with the model control group,but were obviously higher than t
