扁平化责任制护理工作模式在某三级甲等医院CCU病房中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨扁平化责任制护理工作模式在某三级甲等医院CCU病房中的优势与不足。方法某三级甲等医院CCU病房于2016年1月将护理模式由功能制向扁平化责任制工作模式转化。本研究将2015年1月~2016年12月CCU病房收治患者为研究对象,将实施功能制护理工作模式的患者(n=386)作为对照组,实施扁平化责任制护理工作模式的患者(n=412)作为实验组,比较两种不同护理工作模式下病房的护理质量,并比较医、护、患三者对不同模式护理工作的满意度,从中探讨扁平化责任制护理工作模式在该三级甲等医院CCU病房中的优势与不足。结果扁平化责任制护理工作模式下,病房护理质量较之在功能制护理工作模式下的护理质量显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);医、护、患在扁平化责任制护理工作模式下对护理工作的满意度均高于功能制护理工作模式下相应的满意度,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);扁平化责任制护理工作模式下护理安全仍存在一定隐患。结论在CCU病房中推行扁平化责任制护理工作模式可显著提高病房护理质量,并显著提高患者、医师及护理人员自身对护理工作的满意度,但更加完美的护理模式仍亟需探索。Objective To investigate the advantages and disadvantages of flatting responsibility system nursing mode in CCU hospital ward.Methods The nursing mode in CCU ward transformed from the functional mode to the flatting responsibility system nursing mode in 2016 January,The research object in this study is the patients treated from January 2015 to December 2016,containing the control group with the functional nursing mode(n=386) and the experimental group with the flatting responsibility system nursing mode(n=412).To investigate the advantages and disadvantages of flatting responsibility system nursing mode comparing the nursing qualities and the satisfactions from the patients、physicians and the nurses.Results The difference in nursing qualities is statistically significant(P<0.05) between the two nursing modes,Similarly to the difference in the satisfactions from the patients、doctors and the nurses(P<0.05); there is still a certain risk in the flatting responsibility system nursing mode.Conclusion The application of the flattening responsibility system nursing mode in CCU hospital ward can significantly improve the nursing quality,and improve the satisfaction from the patients,physicians and nurses; but a more perfect model of nursing in CCU ward still need to explore.
