摘　　要：目的探讨非增强螺旋CT扫描对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法选取本院2015年3月~2016年9月收治的30例急性阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,使用非增强螺旋CT进行扫描诊断,并与术后病理诊断结果进行对比分析。结果应用非增强螺旋CT检查方式对急性阑尾炎进行诊断,较术后病理诊断存在一定的差异,诊断准确率为93.3%。存在2例漏诊或者误诊现象。结论对急性阑尾炎进行非增强螺旋CT扫描具有一定的诊断的准确性,但是在运用时要注意与其他疾病进行鉴别。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of non-enhanced spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Methods 30 patients with acute appendicitis who were treated in our hospital from March 2015 to September 2016 were selected as the study subjects.The non-enhanced spiral CT was used to diagnose the patients and compared with the postoperative pathological diagnosis.Results Application of non-enhanced helical CT examination of acute appendicitis diagnosis,pathological diagnosis than there are some differences,the diagnostic accuracy was 93.3%.There are 2 cases of missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis.Conclusion Acute appendicitis with non-enhanced spiral CT scan has some diagnostic accuracy,but in the use of attention should be paid to identify with other diseases.
