摘 要:利用内阻测试仪、充放电测试仪对退运铅酸蓄电池性能特性进行了分析;综合电解液补充-充放电循环-脉冲修复等手段对退运铅酸蓄电池进行修复。研究结果表明,运行10年变电站用铅酸蓄电池性能劣化严重,电池内部正负极板栅基本腐蚀断裂,内阻显著增大,无法修复;运行6年的蓄电池外观状态良好,内阻增大,内部栅筋出现腐蚀,经过修复容量可提升10%,修复意义不大;运行3年的蓄电池内阻增加不明显,经过修复后容量可以恢复到80%以上。The performance of retired lead-acid batteries was investigated with combination of charging/discharging tester and internal resistance tester. Furthermore, the battery repair technology combining electrolyte supplement,charging/discharging process with pulse technology was used to repair the retired batteries. The results show that the retired batteries with 10 years serving live have very serious degradation with plate corrosion and increasing internal resistance, and there is no possibility to repair those batteries. Although the retired batteries with 6 years serving live have no obvious damage, there is also no repairing significance due to the grid corrosion and internal resistance increment. Finally, it's found that more than 80% original capacity can be recovered only with charging/discharging repairing process for the retired batteries with 3 years serving live.
