超低频经颅磁刺激对精神分裂症阴性症状的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨超低频经颅磁刺激(ILF-TMS)对慢性精神分裂症患者阴性症状的影响及安全性。方法:慢性精神分裂症阴性症状住院患者50例,对照组(25例)接受ILF-TMS的伪刺激并继续使用临床常规药物(奥氮平)治疗,观察组(25例)在原治疗方案上联合超低频经颅磁刺激治疗(ILF-TMS)2周,比较两组患者治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果:观察组在治疗结束后第4、8、12周末PANSS总分、阴性因子分、一般精神病理症状总分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),且阴性因子分在治疗后第8、12周末时较对照组明显下降(P<0.05);对照组阴性因子分仅在治疗后第4周末时一过性降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后第4、8、12周末社会功能评定量表总分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论:ILF-TMS联合常规药物治疗可显著改善精神分裂症的阴性症状及社会功能,安全性好。Objective： To investigate the efficacy and safety of Infra-Low Frequency Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation （ILF-TMS） in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia. Methods： 50 chronic schizophrenia inpatients with neg- ative symptoms were divided into observation group and control group, 25 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received conventional drug therapy, meanwhile, patients in the observation group combined with infra low frequency transeranial magnetic stimulation. After continuous treatment for 14 days, data of the two groups of patients with therapeutic effect and adverse reactions or complications occurrence was analyzed. Results： At the ends of the 4th, 8th and 12th weeks after the treatment, the total score of PANSS, the positive factor score, negative factor score, general psychopathology score and PSP score decreased significantly（P〈0.05） in two groups. The positive factor score between the two groups have no dif- ference（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, total score of PANSS, negative factor score, general psychopathology score were significantly lower in the observation group（P〈0.05） at the end of the 12th weeks after the treatment. And com- pared with the control group, the PSP score was significantly lower in the observation group（P〈0.05） at the ends of the 4th, 8th and 12th weeks after the treatment. No serious adverse reaction occurred in both groups. Conclusion： The ILF-TMS can significantly improve negative symptoms of schizophrenia. The medical treatment combined with ILF-TMS also can help to improve the social function of schizophrenia with negative symptoms.
